KN3271P is a high-performance hydroxy acrylic resin designed for industrial coating applications requiring excellent flow leveling, weather resistance, and chemical durability. It serves as a key binder in two-component polyurethane and polyester-based topcoats, particularly for automotive refinish, industrial maintenance coatings, and high-end plastic finishes. The resin exhibits superior film formation, minimal orange peel, and strong adhesion to metal, plastic, and primed substrates. Its low viscosity and high solid content enable efficient application via spray, roller, or dip methods while maintaining gloss retention and color stability under UV exposure and harsh environmental conditions. Target industries include automotive OEM/refinish, mechanical manufacturing, building materials, and electronics enclosures where long-term protection and aesthetic quality are critical.

Store in tightly sealed containers at 15–30°C away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Shelf life is 12 months from date of manufacture when stored properly; inspect for gelation or sediment before use. Transport as non-hazardous liquid; avoid freezing. For optimal performance, mix thoroughly before use and filter (≥100 μm) prior to spraying; recommended NCO:OH ratio is 1.05–1.10 for PU crosslinking. Use PPE (gloves, goggles, ventilation) during handling; avoid skin contact and inhalation of vapors.
